Shark Pressure Washing LLC is a family-owned pressure washing company serving Southwest Florida since 2021.

Founded by Cy and TJ — a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and a former Firefighter/Paramedic — Shark was built on the same values that defined both of their careers: discipline, reliability, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. After relocating from Alaska to Southwest Florida in 2020, Cy and TJ recognized an opportunity to build something of their own. Today, Shark Pressure Washing serves residential and commercial clients from Sarasota to Naples with a full range of exterior cleaning services. What distinguishes Shark from other pressure washing companies in the region is our FAA Part 107 drone certification. TJ is a licensed commercial drone pilot, enabling Shark to safely service rooftops, commercial buildings, water towers, church steeples, and high-elevation structures that conventional equipment cannot safely reach. We are fully licensed, insured, and experienced — with over five years of service across Charlotte County, Lee County, Collier County, and Sarasota County.
